Daniel's dedication is solely focused on the exclusive search for a business to acquire. The creation of ROU Partners was a natural evolution in Daniel’s career. Born in New York and the son of Uruguayan parents, Daniel moved to Montevideo at the age of 15. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Montevideo’s Universidad ORT and worked at CPA Ferrere while pursuing his studies.
His career in capital markets included roles at Horizon Capital Management in Montevideo and later at Kinderhook Partners in New York, where he immersed himself in fund investment. After over six years in the U.S., he returned to Latin America, establishing ROU Partners in Uruguay to unlock the potential of Uruguayan SMEs.
With a solid academic background and experience in fund investments, he is fully committed to achieving excellence in management and continuous learning, reflected in his current candidacy for a Dual Executive MBA UTDT in Argentina and FGV in Brazil.
Institutions backed by financial resources and committed to supporting entrepreneurs in the search, acquisition and subsequent leadership of their portfolio companies. They bring considerable experience and commitment to Search Funds with direct experience in various industries and regions around the world. Additionally, many of these leaders have previously acquired and led companies, and some continue to lead their companies to this day.
Family Offices and individuals, either directly or through associations, many of whom have previously collaborated with Daniel. They all share a common passion and ambition: generating impact through active participation in the business field.
